Aren't you in the slightest interested if it holds water? Where's your curiosity so prevalent in pseudoscience? I'm cringing here, man. Have been for the past 7 years. If you read the description youd knew it's promising:

"The paper corresponding to this work has been placed on VIXRA:
Robitaille P.-M. and Robitaille J.L. Kirchhoff’s Law of Thermal Emission: What Happens When a Law of Physics Fails an Experimental Test?

Links to all of Robitaille's papers:

J.C. De Vos, Evaluation of the quality of a blackbody. Physica, 1954, vol. XX, 669-689.

Pierre-Marie Robitaille, Ph.D., is a professor of radiology at The Ohio State University. He also holds an appointment in the Chemical Physics Program. In 1998, he led the design and assembly of the world’s first Ultra High Field MRI System. This brought on the need to question fundamental aspects of thermal physics, including ideas related to Kirchhoff’s Law of thermal emission, and more. These presentations are not endorsed by The Ohio State University."

It's probably bullshit but should be interesting enough for people to check out, dude's using the procedure.
